At the time of this review, the Easy Money Converter app has 33 currencies for exchange options, including major currencies like the USD, Euro, pound sterling, Renminbi, Japanese yen and Indian rupee, plus some unexpected ones like the Polish zloty and the Icelandic krona. You select the currencies and input an amount — that’s all it takes.
The app is straightforward, and while navigation is not very intuitive at first, you can quickly learn how to work it.
This app works well offline too, based on the previous day’s rates. Rates are taken daily from the European Central Bank at around 1600hrs Central European Time.
If you’re after more diverse and non-European currency rates, other apps may be better.
