Fitness Workout Timer

Keep track of time during a workout

How it works:

When you open the app, you will see 3 settings in a column: Rest, Reps and Times. ‘Rest’ allows you to adjust your rest time in seconds. ‘Reps’ allows you to adjust your workout time in seconds. ‘Times’ indicates how many times the timer will repeat the rests and reps. Adjust each setting by pressing the left and right keys on the D-pad to increase and decrease the numbers.

Once you’re finished, press the mic button to start. You will see ‘rest’ or ‘go’ on top of the screen, followed by a timer that counts down the number of seconds left to your rest or workout. To stop, press the mic button.

The good:

This app is great for short workouts, and is straightforward to use.

The bad:

If your reps are in minutes, you will have to spend some effort converting minutes to seconds because the timer is in seconds.
