Track your habits daily
People who want to form new habits or break old ones.
Key in a habit in ‘Track my Habit’ under ‘Menu’, and specify whether it is a positive or negative habit. Then, choose the start date and target day. For positive habits, check in when you complete the good habit. For negative habits, check in when you’ve had a relapse and engaged in the bad habit.
The app is straight-forward and intuitive, with important information like the percentage of progress. You can track multiple habits at once. For breaking negative habits, the app tells you your record restraint days (the most number of consecutive days you avoided the habit) and your current restraint days. To form positive habits, the app tells you your record idle days (the most number of consecutive days you did not check in) and the current idle days. You can delete and update your habits along the way.
You can only check in for each habit once a day, so the app is best for forming daily habits. There are also no notifications to remind you about the habit, which would have been helpful.
