Easy exercises to do at home

Good for:

Those looking for simple, easy-to-follow exercises to do on your own

How it works:

The app separates 35 exercises into 4 different categories: Full Body, Upper Body, Core Body and Lower Body.

Each exercise is shown with a simple animation and steps, along with the number of repetitions and sets.

Simply pick a category, an exercise and go!

The good:

The steps were easy to understand, and the animations were clear.

They were easy to follow, and I could do all the exercises at home!

The exercises were manageable, and did not require any equipment (other than a jump rope).

It was also helpful to know which muscle areas I was using for each exercise.

The bad:

This is not the best app if you want to set gym routines which require gym equipment, or if you’re a fitness junkie who wants to use an app to track your progress. This app only provides you with information for each exercise and how to do them.

When connected to the internet, advertisements were popping-up, which was kind of annoying. You could try this offline to avoid the ads!
