This app to increase your productivity needs to be fixed first
I can’t say productivity because it took up so time trying to make it work, and design flaws made that impossible.
In theory a great, potentially life-enhancing app, like the official Todoist, but in this KaiOS version unfortunately, the lags and design/ layout misalignments and cursor troubles made navigating an extremely frustrating (and disappointing) experience.
The main page alignment was off so text on the right hand side of the screen was cut off. You’re supposed to click the ‘Plus’ button to add a new task. The alignment for the ‘Today’ button (when the task is supposed to be done) was off, so that was a problem. I typed in a task but the button to add the task was outside the screen, so I had no way of adding any task. I quit the app and launched it again. This time the ‘Add task’ button was within the screen, but the cursor somehow couldn’t appear on the screen, no matter how I tried to click the navigation button to move the cursor.
There are options like ‘Select a project’, ‘Add label(s), Set the priority, Add reminders and Rename task and a productivity chart, but with the basic design a problem, these were all, sadly, pointless.
Unfortunately, only the idea of it.
Nothing about the app worked in practice. Navigation was laggy and often came to a complete standstill, buttons and screens were cut off or sometimes out of the screen completely so tasks couldn’t be added, defeating the very purpose of the app.
