How it works:
The Health section in the KaiOS Life app provides health-related information on a broad range of topics, such as general health, nutrition, emergency medicine and safe sex.
The good:
There is also content that is gender specific and even on childcare.
Information is detailed but not overwhelming, and photos and quizzes keep things interesting.
The bad:
This app doesn’t work offline and requires wifi or data.
Not a flaw, but this app wouldn’t be useful if you are a medical professional, as the information is mostly catered to the layperson.
