How it works:
Browse the list of yoga poses by name, or let the app show you a random pose. Each yoga pose has its origin and description documented. There’s a separate section titled ‘Exercise’ that documents the Sun salutation series of poses.
The good:
Information is accompanied by pictures that help you see how the yoga pose looks.
The bad:
Spaces between words can sometimes be much wider than necessary, making it hard to read.
